ON THE TALKS OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE USSR COUNCIL OF
PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS, COMMISSAR FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS
V. M. MOLOTOV WITH LEADERS OF THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT
November 15, 1940
During his stay in Berlin on November-12-13 this year Chairman of the
Council of People's Commissars and Commissar for Foreign Affairs
V. M. Molotov had a talk with Reich Chancellor M. A. Hitler and Minister
of Foreign Affairs M. von Ribbentrop. The exchange of views took place in
an atmosphere of mutual trust and established mutual understanding on all
major issues of interest to the USSR and Germany.
Cde. Molotov also had a talk with Reichsmarschal M. Göring and M. Hitler's Deputy in the National Socialist Party M. Hess.
On November 14 in the morning Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars
and Commissar for Foreign Affairs Cde. V. M. Molotov left for Moscow.
