Today, on 29th of November, at 22 h 30 min. Yrjö-Koskinen
received a note signed by Molotov, notifying that the Soviet
government could no longer maintain normal relations with Finland
and is forced to withdraw its political and economic
representatives from there.
You should immediately leave Finland with all employees and their
families. The same should by do workers of the trade mission, as well as
the officer and staff members of other departments. It is recommended to
come out to Tallinn or via Sweden. For securing the building and property it is necessary to retain one person from the embassy and another one - from the trade mission. Immediately inform execution, date of departure, route.
